CYNTHIA R. KIRCHOFFCynthia R. Kirchoff

Cynthia Kirchoff is an associate with Carlson & Associates, Ltd. She is a 2005 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law. Her primary practice areas are municipal law, land use law, employment law, insurance defense and subrogation, community association law, and civil litigation.

Prior to joining Carlson & Associates, Cynthia worked as a staff attorney and law clerk for the League of Minnesota Cities. She also has a background in land use and zoning. Cynthia has a master’s degree in urban planning and worked as a city planner for several communities in the Twin Cities prior to entering the legal profession.

Cynthia is currently admitted to practice in Minnesota State Courts and is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and American Institute of Certified Planners.
